Starting with raw lumber, finished by hand.

For more than 25 years, Chad Keeler has specialized in high-end residential remodeling for Central Ohio homeowners who care about how a space is built, not just how it looks on opening day.

Every project is created from the ground up — starting with raw lumber and finished by hand into cabinetry and built-ins that are made to last. No catalog parts, no shortcuts, no prefab boxes.

helpCommon Questions

Got a question before the first visit?

The answers homeowners ask most often before booking a consultation. If yours isn't here, just call — we'd rather answer it on the phone than leave you guessing.

A custom kitchen runs 6–10 weeks from demo to punch list. Finished basements average 8–14 weeks. Built-ins and millwork run 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Every quote includes a written timeline we stick to.
For most projects, we handle the design in-house — layout, materials, finishes, hardware. For whole-home additions or structural work, we'll coordinate with a licensed architect and engineer. Either way, you only work with us.
Custom kitchens typically start at $45k and scale with scope. Finished basements run $60k–$140k depending on size and finishes. Built-ins start around $6k. Every project gets a fixed written quote after the on-site consultation — no hourly games.
Yes. Fully licensed in Ohio, fully insured for general liability and workers' comp. We're also BBB accredited with an A+ rating. We'll provide certificates of insurance before the project starts.
Every project is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty — double the Ohio standard. If a joint fails or a finish lifts because of our work, we fix it. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Absolutely. If we have an active project where the homeowner is comfortable with a visit, we'll set it up. Seeing a build mid-stream is often the best way to judge whether you want us in your house.
